I don’t know about you guys, but I am pretty good at coming up with a healthy main dish, entree. But sometimes I struggle with good for you sides. A salad is always a decent option, but then you throw on some dressing full of fats and various toppings, and well…it isn’t quite as good for you.
So today I thought I would share my absolute favorite, and go-to, side dish that fits the bill for flavor and checks the box for being good for you too! Broccoli!!!!
But not just any broccoli, garlic roasted broccoli! You guys are going to love this. It is fantastic and easy to make, and is flavorful and absolutely a win.
Whether you just want something tasty and easy to accompany your dinner. Or you are looking for a healthy vegetable option to accompany a weight loss plan, this broccoli is a great choice. And it is even good reheated, but won’t be as crisp. But if you really want to just grab and go, like with lunch at work, you could make this in advance and eat it reheated.
