For this one you need three things: Suckers, pipe cleaners, and googly eyes or Wilton Candy Eyeballs (and frosting or hot glue to attach the eyes)
You can buy everything at Walmart, or Target, or just about any big store, or you can order it online and not even leave the house:
- Blow Pop, Assorted, 100-Count Pops: This is clearly way more than you need, but why not make them all into spiders and give them to your Trick-or-treaters? So cute!
- CHENILLE STEMS BLACK 100PC/BOX
- Wiggle Eyes
This is what I call a tried and true, eazy peazy Halloween craft.
I used the Wilton candy eyes, and used some vanilla frosting from another project to attach the eyes to the sucker. I liked to coordinate the pipe cleaner color with the sucker color, but my kids loved mixing and matching legs.
And of course, a fun Halloween book you can enjoy:How Spider Saved Halloween if you did not read it earlier. Or for a new option: Mr. Spider (Spooky Spook) is an intriguing book about a spider who discovers his shadow.
