So now let’s get to the chips. Or should I say THE chips.
I was out of chips. I mean, who runs out of chips? They are a staple in our house, as I make salsa ALL the time!
So I pulled out some corn tortillas (another thing I pretty much always have), and decided to bake them up to make them into chips. I cut them into triangles, sprayed them with coconut oil and a little salt. I baked them at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. And they were perfect! Perfect. And the ideal compliment to this amazing salsa.
Enjoy it. It is great on salads, chicken, fish, or by itself.
