My kids loved this smoothie, which is why I am sharing it. It really is so simple.
- 1 can of peaches with juice Fresh works too, I just happened to have an open can that my kids did not want to eat
- 1.5 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- Liquid optional, depends on if you use fresh or canned peaches
- Combine all and blend until smooth
