This is a fresh, easy, and delicious smoothie sure to make any morning better! I love smoothies as the weather gets warmer, it is a great way to get a nice boost in the morning with fruits, greens, and fluids. This is one of my favorites because the fruit is all frozen, which means I can make it year round.
Blueberry Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- 2 cups mango frozen
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cups kale center stalk removed
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbs Chia optional
Instructions
- Put everything in the blender, blend until smooth. Adjust liquid as needed to get desired consistency, after blending to completion, stuff more greens in the top and blend again if you want an extra punch of green!
