Flank steak is one of our favorites. I love it because a pound of meat feeds the whole family, it cooks very quickly, tastes great, and can be flavored for whatever mood we are in. In addition, I often mix up rubs and marinades and cover it, then pop it in the freezer, that way it is totally ready to go, and I just have to pull it out and broil it.
