This is so tasty. I made enough for the whole family, but my husband had the kids at a basketball practice when it got done. I was too hungry to wait for them, so I dug in. Well…it turns out my kids had cold cereal for dinner because I ate theirs, and put a little away for my lunch the next day. Sorry guys!
One of the things I really love about this recipe is just how easy it is. I was so tired, and really did not feel like fixing something, so I just threw this together in 5 minutes, turned on my favorite soap, and by the time the episode was over, my food was ready to go!
