Because everyone should have a recipe for homemade hot fudge. Because this recipe is ridiculously easy. Because I love ice cream sundaes. Those are just a few of the reasons I am posting this. Also because it is 11:41 at night and I just want a treat. I ate those delicious Roasted Veggie Enchiladas for dinner, and chose healthy snacks today, drank tons of water, so of course I want a treat tonight.
Our church held a dessert auction this week to help the girls pay for camp. I unfortunately, could not attend, but I offered to donate a few dessert items to help. I made caramel popcorn and an ice cream sundae gift basket. I filled it with cute sundae cups, all sorts of toppings, whipped cream, and a jar of my homemade fudge sauce. The recipe is so easy it is almost embarrassing, but easy is what we are all about here. It literally takes no more than 5 minutes to throw together and is good on, well EVERYTHING. But brownies, ice cream, fresh strawberries, you name it! Enjoy!

DELICIOUS!!! Just made it for some vanilla ice cream for an after supper treat…and I never leave reviews but I had to leave one here…SO GOOD. I did add 2 more tbsp of cocoa powder because I like a deeper chocolate flavor. It tastes like ice cream shop hot fudge!!! Thanks for sharing!

I can’t stop licking the spoon – it’s soooooo good! Way better than chocolate syrup, in my opinion. I made it for my pear & chocolate “quesadilla”. It’s just pears with chocolate drizzled over cooked in a tortilla on the stove. Best breakfast ever. Thank you!! Will definitely be keeping this recipe! <3

Rachael says
