Delicious Thanksgiving Brownie Truffles! These decadent truffles are coated in chocolate and decked out with candy to make them a fun, festive, and adorable Thanksgiving treat. They would be a fun addition to any Thanksgiving table.
My kids love making Thanksgiving treats, the turkeys are their favorite. We make these OREO truffles all the time, and have so much fun with them. But this year we are trying something different. Recently my friend Aimee came out with a new cookbook called 50 Fixes for Brownie Mixes and she had these tasty brownie truffles in it! Of course, everything in it looked delicious, it is brownies after all! I wanted to make ALL. THE. THINGS.
After drooling over all the pages, I grabbed a brownie mix, and went to work. I made the brownie truffles, and decided to dress them up for Thanksgiving. Oh my gosh, it was so much fun! And seriously cute too! Just watch this video for how fun, cute, and easy they are, and feel free to customize:

Thanksgiving Brownie Truffles
Ingredients
- 1- 18 ounce box dry brownie mix as well as any additional ingredients as listed on brownie box (eggs, oil, and water)
- 2 Tbs cream cheese
- 2 cups chocolate chips

- Light brown candy melts
- Pretzel sticks
- Brown sprinkles

Instructions
- Bake brownies according to package directions
- Allow brownies to cool completely
- Cut off any hard edges, and discard (or eat, let's be honest)
- Scoop brownies into a large bowl, and combine with cream cheese using a hand mixer.
- Roll brownie mix into balls or Thanksgiving character shapes, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate by placing it in the microwave in a medium sized bowl, cook for 20 seconds, then stir, and repeat until fully melted.
- Dip each truffle ball into the chocolate, and place back on the parchment paper. Decorate...sprinkle with sprinkles for easy decorations, or make into your favorite Thanksgiving Characters.
