Easy Alfredo
This creamy easy alfredo is the perfect food to serve at a party.Print Pin RateServings: 4Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to preference optional
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Optional: bacon basil, tomatoes, peas, chicken, anything you want to serve with it
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in the blender and blend. I used my Blendtec Blender because it is easy to use, powerful enough for all of my recipes, and it has comes with a warranty.
- Get a sauce pan and rinse it with cold water (this will keep the milk proteins from sticking to the bottom and scorching)
- Pour everything from your blender into the sauce pan and heat, stir continuously. When it is thick and warm remove from heat and serve as desired. About 7-10 minutes.
- To make it cheesy, you can stir in a cup of mozzarella after removing it from heat! (optional)
