    Prep Time: 5 minutes minutes
    Cook Time: 10 minutes minutes
    Total Time: 15 minutes minutes
    Servings: 4
    Author: Rachael Yerkes

    Ingredients

    • 8 ounces cream cheese
    • 3 cups milk
    • 1 tsp salt
    • Pepper to preference optional
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • Optional: bacon basil, tomatoes, peas, chicken, anything you want to serve with it

    Instructions

    • Put all ingredients in the blender and blend. I used my Blendtec Blender because it is easy to use, powerful enough for all of my recipes, and it has comes with a warranty.
    • Get a sauce pan and rinse it with cold water (this will keep the milk proteins from sticking to the bottom and scorching)
    • Pour everything from your blender into the sauce pan and heat, stir continuously. When it is thick and warm remove from heat and serve as desired. About 7-10 minutes.
    • To make it cheesy, you can stir in a cup of mozzarella after removing it from heat! (optional)

I love Alfredo, but I’ve never made it in the blender before. Hmmm maybe we’ll have some teriyaki Alfredo for dinner tonight…thanks for sharing. The table looks so elegant! I hope I win, this setting would be perfect for thanksgiving (which I’m hosting 🙁 ).

Alfredo is one of our favorites. That disposable silverware is stunning. The whole thing is but I cannot believe it is disposable.
