I’ve made this favorite Cucumber Radish Salad of mine before in a traditional vinaigrette dressing. Changing up the dressing to an epic creamy dressing definitely won as the perfect combination for this salad.

I love cucumber salad, this Easy Asian Cucumber Salad has been a long time favorite. But sometimes you just want creamy, and this Cucumber Radish Salad with Creamy Greek Yogurt Dressing fits the bill for the many cookout extravaganzas I have planned for this summer.
There is also something to be said about eating at home after traveling. Home-cooked food tastes a billion times better upon returning.

Cucumber Radish Salad with Creamy Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1 bunch of radishes thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1 5.3 ounces plain greek yogurt (apprx 2/3 cups)
- 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- Large pinch sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine cucumbers, radishes, and onion,
- In a small bowl mix together greek yogurt, garlic powder, lemon juice, sea salt. Whisk together.
- Pour yogurt dressing over cucumber and radishes, mix well.
- Sprinkle salad with chives to garnish (optional)
