This stir fry is AH-MAZE- ING! My husband said, “I think this might be the best thing you have ever made.” Considering I have been cooking for him for 10 years, that is saying a lot. Anyway, it is one of the simplest recipes ever, and tastes like something you would get at a high end chinese restaurant. It has a bit of kick to it, and is addicting. So beware!

This is the fastest recipe. Seriously, I love it because it comes together in minutes, and tastes amazing.

Gather your ingredients. (Don’t mind my dirty counter)

I am sure snow peas would work too, I just happened to have sugar snap, and they were a delightful crunch in this unexpectedly delightful meal.

This dish meets all 3 criteria: fast, easy and delicious. Also it’s pretty healthy. So I would have to agree with her husband and say this is the best meal I’ve ever made! It would get 5/5 stars in all 3 categories above. And my kids loved it. I served it with rice. Thank you so much for sharing! I will be making this again!

I never leave comments, but this is genuinely one of the best, easiest, and most delicious meals my boyfriend and I have ever made. We are now looking for recipes for dishes like beef and broccoli or orange chicken and are super excited to cook this one again.

    Thank you so much!
