A collection of Asian dipping sauces perfect for a holiday party egg roll and spring roll dipping bar.
Let’s just say hypothetically I am planning a holiday party for a crowd. I mean, there are 10 kids in my family and 7 in my husband’s and most live locally. So, yes, let’s say I am planning a party for a crowd, and despite my love of cooking, I am a little stressed out. With that many people to please, well…it is hard to find something everyone likes.
Plus there is the added fact that I want to make an awesome main dish, but I also want a fantastic appetizer and dessert. Oh yeah, and with four kids, a job, and a million other responsibilities, what I don’t have is a lot of time. Anyone relating here?
You know how much I love Asian food, so it is a given I would head that direction with my thoughts when feeding a crowd. And spring rolls and egg rolls rate at the top of that list. You may also know by now that we have a family of dippers, and the two go really well together. A great egg roll with a great dipping sauce is like a match made in heaven to me.
So today I am sharing my 5 favorite (easy to whip up) Asian Dipping Sauces, and a great way to use them to create an egg roll and spring roll dipping bar that is sure to be a hit at your holiday parties without stress or work!
Yep you read that right. You don’t have to do a lot of work or slave in the kitchen to have a marvelous party, with amazing food. Say what?? I love when I can find easy party hacks that mean less work for me without diminishing the quality I offer my guests.
With that in mind, let me introduce you to Tai Pei Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls. Not only are they delicious with crispy wrappers, and fresh cut veggies, but they also offer a wide variety of options like hearty chicken, pork, shrimp, or vegetable! So something for everyone. And they are so easy to make, so you get takeout style egg rolls in minutes without compromising quality or flavor.
Then you can quickly whip together these 5 dipping sauces, and ta-dah! Totally perfect party appetizer with only half the effort. Truthfully, you don’t even have to make these sauces, as they come with a great sauce, but aren’t food bars just the best?
I think so, which is why I totally say, do what I did and buy a few boxes of Tai Pei Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls, then go all out and kick up your party with these homemade dipping sauces! They will knock your socks off! (Does anyone even say that any more? I think I just dated myself big time.)
Did I mention all of these sauces can be made ahead of time to cut down on day-of work at your party? You’re welcome! See what I mean? No stress at all. And a little something to please all party guests.
