We love Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings, and often make Air Fryer Wings (The Best Ever), sometimes we opt for Buffalo Wings, and sometimes we like BBQ wings or even these Spicy Jamaican Crockpot Wings! But lately I have been on a kick of Garlic Parmesan Wings. We had them at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I knew I could make a copycat that would not just be as good, but even better. And I succeeded. These wings are baked instead of fried, but have the perfect buttery, garlicky, parmesan sauce that has you licking your fingers and wanting more!
I love to serve them with crispy crinkly cut fries, Air Fryer Fries, or Crispy Sweet Potato Fries! And of course carrots and celery.

Freezing Leftovers: Place leftovers in a shallow container or ziptop bag, remove as much air as possible, and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
Reheating Instructions: You can reheat chicken wings in the oven or the air fryer. Do not microwave them as they will lose their crispiness and get a rubbery skin. To maintain crispiness, reheat the wings in the oven at 375°F (190°C) or in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.

Tips and Tricks for Perfect Garlic Parmesan Wings
- Pat the wings dry: Moisture is the enemy of crispy wings, so not only do you want to make sure they are patted dry thoroughly before seasoning, you also want to make sure they are fully defrosted so they do not release excess moisture while baking!
- Use baking powder: Baked wings are awesome if they are crispy, and baking powder is the secret to crispy oven-baked wings without deep frying.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan: Whether baking or air frying, make sure the wings have space to crisp up. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Freshly grate the Parmesan: For the best flavor, opt for freshly grated Parmesan cheese instead of pre-shredded.
- Add heat: If you like a bit of spice, sprinkle some red pepper flakes into the sauce or add a dash of hot sauce before tossing.
