Southern Inspired Easy Peach BBQ Sauce
The South
Y’all, today’s Easy Peach BBQ Sauce dish is inspired by the south! Think Georgia peaches and sweet iced tea! And the word “y’all”…
Y’all have never tried somethin’ so darlin’ and bless your heart for the smile you’ll get after that first bite. Y’all are in for such a treat!
OK enough of the “y’all”s. Ha ha!
But you get the point, this delicious meal with Easy Peach BBQ Sauce is all the things we love about the south. Big flavors, sophisticated charm, and of course, served with Lipton Iced Tea for the perfect summer meal. So call all your friends because this is a party they won’t want to miss.
A place where tea is sweet and accents are sweeter…
Friends it’s summertime! And to me this kind of heat can only mean one situation:
- Hanging out at the pool, while we
- Grill chicken and veggies, and
- Sip on ice cold beverages. Preferrably Lipton Iced Tea.
Summer Heaven…
If you’ve ever been to Texas or Georgia or pretty much any of those southern states, you know that everywhere you go you’ll find people sipping on Lipton Iced Tea. It’s just a part of life.
Why? Because it’s delightful and refreshing! In fact, there are whole Country songs songs written about it.
A place where Front Porches are wide and words are long
“She went way up yonder past the caution light
Don’t know why, but somethin’ felt right
When she stopped in and asked Miss Bell for some of her sweet tea
Mama gave her a big ‘ol glass and sent her right back here to me”
See what I mean? Songs about Sweet Iced Tea.
Do I blame them? No, no I do not! In fact, today I’d like to encourage you to enjoy your summer time with this South inspired grilled chicken and some uplifting Lipton Iced Tea! Lipton Iced Tea comes in a variety of amazing flavors:
- Mango Iced Tea
- Green Tea Citrus Iced Tea
- Peach Iced Tea
- Sweet Iced Tea
It is perfect for complimenting any summer meal. And it offers a refreshing taste, and the perfect balance of tea and flavors. Basically, you can’t go wrong when you make it a Lipton meal! And just look how cute it looks served in this mason jar glass!
This is the kind of meal summers are made of. Easy, comforting, flavorful, refreshing..and all those awesome adjectives that make you want to rush to the kitchen, and call the family and all the friends around the picnic table.
We love summer meals because they are so informal. Friends swing by, neighborhood kids with dirty feet and bright smiles snag a slice of watermelon, or a chunk of chicken, as they run through the yard. And everyone just slows down a bit. It is the kind of meal time I love because it is time spent together.
