Mango Pomegranate Smoothie
Hi Friends! The first thing I want to say is “AHHHHH!” So I have had this goal for-ev-er to bring some video content to the blog. I was wrestling with what kinds of videos, like recipes or educational stuff. And I was SUPER nervous about it because I have a lisp, and some jaw issues, and anyway…hard to put yourself out there. BUT… my awesome brother totally helped me, and today I am making that goal a reality. So here is my first video. And I have more coming your way. And I will be sharing both recipes and educational stuff. And did I mention there is some embarrassing (rhythm-less) dancing? Well…there is that too.
So 2 things:
- Please subscribe to my YouTube channel so you don’t miss any of the super rad videos I will be posting. (Subscribe here). Oh and give me some thumbs up when you see a video too!
- Tell me what you want videos of. I have a running list of ideas, but they take a lot of time, and so I want to post stuff you actually want to see. Want to know how to open a pomegranate? Or how to tell when you pan is hot enough to pan fry something? Need help making egg rolls? Let me know! You can let me know in the comments, or you can use #askEZPZ on any social media site, and I will monitor it. And who knows? Maybe I will feature your suggestion or question!
Now that you know the formula I use for perfect smoothie making, let’s look at my current favorite smoothie recipe!

My son is border-line obsessed with pomegranates, and wants them in everything. I was hesitant to stick them in a smoothie since they have that seed-like center, but we tried it anyway, and it was delish!
Little tip, if your kids won’t drink a smoothie, add a little whipped cream, and call it a milkshake! Semantics! And be sure to check out some of the other smoothie recipes here on Eazy Peazy Mealz:

Great video!!! 🙂 I know how hard it can be to stand in front of the camera and make it all come out great. You did a wonderful job. The smoothie looks great too! I love adding a whole fruit on top after you are done blending. What a fun idea. Yum!!

Oh my gosh, you have no idea how much that means to me. You are so nice. I am still kicking myself for not making the connection that we “knew” each other on here. By that last day I was soooo tired. Haha Thank you!
