Check out a couple of my favorite Asian recipe here
Tell me who doesn’t love Chinese? Succulent meat, crunchy vegetables, and a flavorful sauce. They are super fast to make and you don’t even need any special ingredients. Most of us rely on takeouts when it comes to Chinese, but believe me making Chinese stir-fry at home is not that difficult.

Keep in Mind
- Keep all your ingredients ready. This step is really important. During stir-frying, you have to add the ingredients really quickly. Veggies should not be overcooked.
- Use a large wok/pan which is wide enough to toss the ingredients easily.
- Use really high heat while cooking. And of course while cooking on high heat you can’t leave the pan unattended, hence the first step in even more important.
I have used flat rice noodles here but you can use the thin variety as well.
These rice noodles are easy to prepare and work well for stir-fry.You can use broccoli, carrot or snow peas. Tofu can be used instead of Chicken for a Veg version.
Unlike other Stir fries, this noddle is a bit saucy and I am telling you the sauce is super yum. The noodles soak up a good amount of sauce and make it delicious.

This looks great! Be careful calling it gluten free because traditional soy sauce is NOT gluten free. You need tamari or another gluten free soy sauce. I would hate for someone to make this and get sick because they unknowingly used traditional soy sauce that contains wheat.

I made this tonight. Super easy and minimal ingredients. I followed the recipe except used thin rice noodles instead of the thicker ones. Good flavor and easy but I might double the sauce ingredients next time. My noodles were not coated with enough liquid or flavor, but I will make again. Thanks so much for the recipe!

So glad you liked it, I guess the amount of sauce is a personal preference. I appreciate the feedback, i will be sure to note it on the recipe so others can decide as well.
