Think warm holiday flavors meets elegant party dip—ready in minutes, but impressive enough to steal the spotlight at any gathering.

How to Make Cranberry Orange Whipped Goat Cheese Dip

1. Make the Topping
Set a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add brown sugar, honey, and orange zest, whisking until the sugar dissolves—about 2–3 minutes. Stir in dried cranberries and chopped walnuts until they’re coated in that gorgeous, glossy mixture.

2. Whip the Cheese
In a separate bowl, beat the softened goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey until silky and smooth. Add a pinch of salt to bring everything together.

3. Assemble & Serve
Scoop the whipped cheese into your serving bowl, spoon the warm cranberry walnut mixture over the top, and finish with a sprinkle of extra orange zest.

Serve with crackers, crostini, warm bread…or just a spoon, honestly.

Ingredients

Topping

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts
  • Pinch of salt

Whipped goat cheese

  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon hot honey
  • Pinch of Salt

Garnish

  • 1 Tablespoon hot honey
  • Orange zest to top

Instructions

  • Place a skillet on stove top over medium heat.
  • To the skillet, add butter, brown sugar, 2 tbsp honey honey and orange zest.
  • Whisk together until combined, and sugar has dissolved about 2-3 mins).
  • To the pan, add dried cranberries and walnuts and stir to combine. Let cook for 1-2 more minutes, then remove from heat.
  • In a separate bowl, combine softened goat cheese, cream cheese and 1 tbsp hot honey and season with salt.
  • Scoop the cheese mixture into a serving bowl and top with the walnut mixture!
  • Garnish if desired with a drizzle of honey and more orange zest, and serve with crackers or bread.
