Pineapple Mango Sunshine Smoothie
And today’s recipe is my absolute favorite smoothie. It is a nice afternoon snack, or after dinner dessert for me.
Usually when I make smoothies I add Chia and Spinach, so this is a real indulgence smoothie for me because it doesn’t have either of those things!
I buy my frozen fruits at Sam’s Club or Costco! So this is a very easy recipe because I always have everything I need for this smoothie on hand, except on the day after I make Banana Bread!
Enjoy!

Day 9 Mini-Challenge: Practice Portion Control
Portion control can make or break your efforts at a healthy life and weight loss. Even those not looking to lose weight can benefit from practicing portion control. I am a huge believer in moderation. I enjoy a healthy salad like this Kale Salad, but I also love Mini Cheesecakes. The operative word being Mini! Even when losing weight, you can enjoy a snack or treat that is not exactly “healthy” if you pay attention to portions and not over-indulge.
If you want to have an over-flowing plate, be sure you are upping the greens, not the grease!
