Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces
- 21 ounces cream of chicken soup, 2 cans
- ¼ cup milk
- 6 ounce box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
Seasoning:
- fresh or dried parsley for garnish
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray, and set aside.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them into the baking dish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In the casserole dish, whisk together 2 cans cream of chicken soup and ¼ cup milk until smooth.
- Add the chicken pieces to the casserole dish, and season the chicken, then stir the chicken into the soup mix, until all of the chicken is covered.
- Sprinkle the Stove Top chicken stuffing mix on top.
- Pour 1 ½ cups chicken broth over the stuffing mix, and press it a little to make sure that all of the stuffing is moistened by the broth.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 40–45 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
