Waffle Cookie Coffee

Waffle cookie coffee tastes like it comes from your favorite coffee shop, but can be made fun and festive right at home. It is sweet with caramel undertones, and nice and creamy. Top it with whipped cream and sprinkles for even more fun!

Sometimes you just want an indulgent coffee drink, the kind that is sweet, creamy, and totally seasonal, and this is the drink for you. It tastes like you are biting into one of those waffle cookies, with that sweet caramel center. And it is so easy to make at home.

What You Need to Make Waffle Cookie Coffee

You can find everything you need to make this coffee house copycat at Target, and you can save money on these products with the Circle Offers!

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk : Adjust the amount to your sweetness preference.
  • Folgers® Instant Coffee
  • Hot Water
  • International Delight Caramel Waffle Cookie Creamer
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Sprinkles, and Waffle Cookies

I love serving this fun coffee with Vanilla Chai Scones, Gooey Cinnamon Rolls, Marmae Bars, or Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake!

How to Make Specialty Coffee

  1. Sweetened Condensed Milk

Put your sweetened condensed milk in the bottom of your large mug.

  2. Folgers® Instant Coffee

Scoop your coffee into the cup, over the sweetened condensed milk. Use between 1 and 2 rounded teaspoons, strong is good as this is sweet. Then stir it all up!

  3. International Delights Waffle Cookie Creamer

Make it creamy and delicious with a few ounces of International Delight Caramel Waffle Cookie Creamer poured over the top.

  4. Garnish

Make it fun, and reminiscent of a coffee shop by adding a healthy dollop of whipped cream, and festive sprinkles. Serve with a waffle cookie for the perfect dipper.

Tips and Tricks

Making this recipe is Eazy Peazy…

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: The idea of putting thick and rich sweetened condensed milk at the bottom of your cup, and making your coffee over it is a Vietnamese tradition. I have adopted it here to make this ultra rich and sweet. So if you don’t want your coffee so sweet, use less.
  • Circle Offers: Get everything you need to make this coffee house favorite at Target, and don’t forget to take advantage of the Circle Offers to save money.
  • Sprinkles: Part of the coffee house fun is the presentation. So make your waffle cookie coffee more fun with some festive holiday sprinkles!

Other Fun Beverages

  • Homemade Hot Chocolate

  • Healthy Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
