- 1 cup queso blanco
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs Worchestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Bake
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, with caramelized edges with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Add sliced peppers and onions, and sauté until tender.
- Unroll the dough into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, pressing to form a crust base.
- Layer it up: Add the queso blanco, then spread the steak and veggie mixture over the dough, then top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Ingredients

- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone white American, white cheddar, or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
- 1 cup queso blanco
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add olive oil and heat, then add in thinly sliced beef, salt and pepper, and Worcestershire and cook the beef until browned, with caramelized edges. Make sure the skillet is hot before adding beef.
- Once beef starts to brown, add in sliced peppers and onions, and sauté until tender. Then remove from heat, and set aside.
- Unroll the dough into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, pressing to form a crust base.
- Add the cup of queso blanco, and spread over the dough evenly.
- Spread the steak and veggie mixture over the dough and queso blanco, then top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Serve warm — slice into squares and enjoy that melty, cheesy goodness!
